The following emails are received by the Atlassian admin staff, identifying that someone is requesting access to Jira, or someone is requesting access for them on their behalf.
At our site we want to auto reply to the person making the request to ask them to submit their Jira access request via our sitewide service request handling system.
Question : How can we setup an autoreply to these email so that in both cases the autoreply goes to the person that has made the request?

I think Voula's need is asking for a function within Jira.
I have exactly the same need. I would prefer Jira to send an email to the person who is requesting access to either Jira or confluence that they need to submit a service request.
I don't need to receive an email that they are requesting access.
@Voula Argyros
I understand from your need, that this is more of a email automation and not something Jira can do. (maybe a outlook VBA script can help you)
if you want this tobe informed (to raise access using your sitewide request system) to the user directly, you have to configure your default mail trigger source (contact your IT or Jira server Admin on this, they will help you in tracing the origin)
