Is it possible to copy the Card color configurations of one board to another?

I know when copying a board, you copy the Card Color configurations.  Is there another way to copy the Card Color configurations?

Copying a board will copy all its configuration as well.

You can copy the existing board and then change the copied board configuration.

Are you aware of a method where you only copy the card color configurations? 

We're looking to specifically copy the card color configurations, but not the entire board.
