After trying some Apps, I have now a bunch of "invisible" users, I can't assign them an issue, but I can mention them & the show up in History.
For example "BigGantt - neat gantt chart" will show up when typing "@B" -> this is really annoying.
I already deactived + removed all Apps, but the users still be there. I checked all know user pages and doesn't found them. But they have a profile I can access via ... /jira/people/<user-hash>
Is there any way to remove them?
Thanks!
As far as I know, every app developed using the Forge platform will create a user account that represents the app itself to a site at installation. There is no problem with the actual creation.
The problem comes when it starts conflicting with real human users, as you described. I can confirm that I'm seeing similar conflicts...
Unfortunately, I don't know how to delete those users after uninstalling the app. (I think it is not possible right now...)
