If I copy production data to sandbox, will existing automations in sandbox get deleted?

I would be moving the production data over to sandbox in the Atlassian administration page.

Hi @Jaret Van Zee

Everything you need to know about sandboxes can be found here:

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-atlassian-product-sandboxes/

About coying prod to sandbox data:

When you copy data from your production environment to its sandbox, we’ll replace the existing data in your sandbox with the newly copied data. Every new data copy will overwrite any existing data in your sandbox.

Yes, copying the prod data again will overwrite the sandbox data.

If you like testing and need a place to do so, get a free instance:

Free Jira cloud instance

Or a dev instance.

Remember to use it and don't leave it unattended for 120 days.
