Is there a way to move the issues under an epic from one project to another project?
Is this a Company-managed or Team-managed Project?
If it's Team-managed, the option to "Move child issues" will present itself.
If this is Company-managed though, there isn't this option. This is because unlike Team-managed, Company-managed Projects do not require an Epic and it's children to be in the same Project.

I'd recommend using "Bulk Change" for Company-managed - to do this:
key = ABC-1 OR "Epic Link" = ABC-1
Once it's complete and acknowledged, the Epic along with its children should all be in the new Project :)

Hi @abhishek_gupta Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When moving an Epic, you have the possibility to also move the issues in the Epic, click on the link Move child issues.

Hi Dave
Thanks a lot for your reply. It seems I am not getting the option of "Move Child Issues".
Thanks
Abhishek

Do you have the move issues and create issues permission in both the trigger and target project?

Welcome to the community, @abhishek_gupta.
If you're open to work with a Marketplace app, you can try Deep Clone for Jira.
With our app you can clone and move epics and larger issue hierarchies between projects. The advantage of cloning is, that you can make sure that no issue data gets lost while migrating the issues between projects.
In this video you can see how cloning an epic with Deep Clone works.
