How to import JIRA data with crowd

Hi,

I was trying to follow the JIRA ondemand import data tutorial and I get this error when import data.

Errors

  • External directory 'Crowd Server' is not supported. Please change the 'active' attribute to '0' or open a support ticket for more help.

Edit - It looks like this link addresses the exact problem you are having:

--------

If you are running an external Crowd server, we (Atlassian support) can import a csv export file from your Crowd server into OnDemand. Just enter a support request, attach the csv file, and let us know a bit of detail on the data (A bit more info at the link below):

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Users

If this isn't the problem, can you add a bit more detail about the type of file you are trying to import (especially the version of JIRA that you took the export from)?
