How to get a message dialogue box to populate when issues are transitioning through each workflow?

Unfortunately, the message custom field and text field options are not working properly when the card is transitioning. All other custom and non-custom fields are populating on the screen; however, the instructions are not displaying. I've added the field to the create, edit and view screens and still no success. Any assistance would be great!!!

Here is the actual screen that populates. Unfortunately, the message providing instructions does not populate with all the other fields.

Here are the fields that the screen should include. The first field provides instructions/expectations regarding the process. Unfortunately, neither the text or message field populates in the screen.

What type of message field have you used?  View or Edit?

I've tried the create, edit and view fields and it doesn't work. It may be a bug....not sure

Er, there are only "edit" and "view" fields.  You've named the types of screen you put fields on.

Could you tell us exactly what the field type is?

Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when the screen is displayed, and also a screenshot of the screen configuration.

Also please check the configuration context for the custom field and make sure it can appear in your issue type and project.

Have you added the message custom field in the Transition Screen of that step in your project's workflow?

Yes, the entire screen with all of the assigned fields are populating when the card is transitioned; however, the message and/or text fields are now showing up. It may be a bug.

Can you check your Field Config screen if it's HIdden?
