Hello,
You can export JIRA dashboards to sophisticated PDF files with the JIRA PDF View Plugin.
You can export a full dashboard, a set of gadgets, and you can even mixed them with additional content. For instance, you can have a nice report header, then the gadgets in the layout you prefer. The PDF templates make the whole thing flexible and powerful.

"Export JIRA dashboards" feature seems unavailable in the Cloud version, in spite of what this article says. Am i missing something ?
Thx!

Mark, you're right, exporting dashboards is not possible in the Cloud version, unfortunately. This is because Jira Cloud does not expose the information about dashboards that are necessary to create the export. It is simply missing from the Jira REST API.
Please see this FAQ item that explains the root cause and also suggests what to do to request for the missing REST API end-point(s) for Atlassian.
(This question is targeting Jira Cloud, so my reply above is not applicable. I think the time I posted the answer, the question did not specify any deployment type and my reply is valid for Server and Data Center.)

Quick update: we're currently experimenting with an alternative approach to export dashboards from Jira Cloud! Keep your eye on Better PDF Exporter because it may be available early 2020 if we are lucky!!

@Sili Zhao We are super busy working on this.
It's difficult to say when it will be available, but I can already report that we have a good quality prototype that supports most of the built-in Jira gadgets.
The bad news is that there are some blockers in the Jira side that can be resolved only by Atlassian, so we also need their help, otherwise we will have to spend time with building workarounds... In other words, it's not only our team, but also Atlassian who affects the delivery date.
Please vote for the feature request topic and follow that for updates.

JIRA PDF View Plugin doesn't work for us - we are using JIRA on Cloud. Is there any tools for Cloud version?

Hey Bisal, in this case, there are several ways to eventually achieve the export as a PDF. For once, you can open the filter(s) itself. In this screen, you should have an "Export"-Button on the top-right, which provides you with options of exporting to Excel, Word, XML etc. but also with a "printable version" of the filter. I think the most convenient for you would be to open the printable version and save this as PDF using an installed PDF-Printer. After you've done this for all the filters that you have on your dashboard, you can use a tool like PDFMerge to combine all those PDFs to one single PDF and send this to your customer. Another way would be to export as Word or Excel, repeat it for all filters, create one file from all those infos and save this as PDF, but especially with Excel it's hard to say how the result would look. Hope this helps! Regards, Philipp

There is no such functionality in JIRA at the moment. You could export the cotent of the dashboard speratedly depending on what the content is.
