How to edit ticket summary in bulk request?

Hi there! 

I read here Editing multiple issues at the same time that editing Summary filed in bulk is not available because there is an alternative way of doing it.

I've been trying to update through csv and it failed although validation/mapping selected correctly.

Issue does not have issue type selected, the affected issues will be created with default issue type

Can someone advise, please?
