How to duplicate workflow for Next-Gen project

Hi there,

we are currently trying to duplicate / set default for a Workflow we created for a Next-Gen project.

This workflow is how we work with all of our project, so we need a way to easily set it on each new project we create.

To create the first workflow, we opened the Dashboard in the Next-Gen project, clicked the "..." in the top left corner of the Kanban, then clicked "Manage Workflow" and there we created all of our status and link.

Once it's done tho, we don't know how to replicate that workflow to another project.

Note that we don't see the Workflow in "Jira > Settings > Tickets > Workflow System".

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Next-gen projects are independent of Classic and other Next-gen projects. With this said, Issue types, Custom fields and, Workflows created on a next-gen will be specific for that project and it's not possible to clone or share it between other projects.

There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of such ability:

* 'Share settings with an existing project' is not applicable for new next-gen project
* Ability to clone next-gen projects

The feature to edit the workflow was recently implemented and it's still in progress, so please, add your thoughts on the feature below and also vote and watch to receive updates from our PM Bryan:

* Ability to edit workflow in Next-gen project
