I have seen many things on how to change the Assign Screen and I see there are two possibilities and I just wanted to make sure that they are still currently the only two solutions.
1. 1. You can’t.
2. 2. Use workflow.
Issue with 2 is that I do not wish to change the status of the issue.
Is there some way to have a step in a workflow that does not change status?
