Hi All,
I am trying to create issues from an email.
But when I try to send email from my account to jira@xxxxxx.atlassian.net to create issue it is not responding.
Am I missing something ? In email (Subject - Test , Email Body - Test ticket )
Please assist how to fix this.

Hi @Pradeep Gnanabaskar welcome to the community. If you go to your Service Project and look at the ProjectSettings, there should be an 'Email Requests' section. In that is the 'Default email account' That should be the email to use for creating tickets.
Hi @Dan Breyen , is it possible to configure creating issues from email for ordinary projects aswell? Or is this just working for Service Management Projects?

I managed to create a ticket by e-mail in the way @Pradeep Gnanabaskar described above. Unfortunately, it doesn't work reliably yet. But at least it basically works.
