How to Display Nested Structures in Jira Timeline View

I have a question about the nested structure in Jira timeline view.

For example, there is a task with the issue key TEST-01 (issue type: Task) and a subtask TEST-02 (issue type: Subtask). These two issues are linked as a parent-child relationship.

In my Jira account's timeline view, these issues are displayed in a nested structure, meaning that the subtask is hidden unless I click the icon on the left side of the parent task to expand it.

However, when another person views the same issues on their timeline view, they are not displayed in a nested structure. All tasks and subtasks appear flat without any hierarchy.

Could you please tell me how to enable the nested structure in the timeline view, just like it appears in my account? Is there a specific setting for this?

Self solving.

Cause was due to a filter being applied.
It seems that the timeline nesting feature does not work when a filter is active.

thanks,
