How do I uninstall quick table configuration.

When I go to Manage Apps - Apps - I can see Quick table configuration but unable to find the uninstall option.

If "Uninstall" button is grayed out, please hover over the button to see the reason.

You may need to cancel the subscription first: Cancel a subscription
