How do I restore to original / factory settings?

I don't mind losing all my data but would like to restore / roll-back to how Jira was the first time I logged in.

For onDemand, you will have to talk to Atlassian Support. In the downloaded version, it is as simple as deleting all the tables in Database or pointing to an empty DB.

That didn't function for me. I did it, when I started jira on tomcat and I entrered to main page only said "Initializing..." at the end all my data and configuration were there and the DB remains equal than before I delete all its tables.

Mmmm, sorry, I got ahead with my comment. We only delete all the tables in the "schema". Now we delete the whole database and it seems works !!
