How do I add an 11th user with a standard plan?

kris.maison@vlaanderen.be February 27, 2020

Dear all,

I have a subscription on Jira and this is a standard plan. I have 10 users configured and pay 10$ a month. I want to add an 11th user (and afterwards a 12th, 13th,...-. This is not possible, I can only invite 10 users. When I try to sent an invite to the 11th user, confluence gives me an error that I should change my plan.
I know I need to pay extra for the 11th user, but my plan is 'standard' which should support me up to 5000 users.

What am I missing?

Best regards

Hello Kris,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your site, I see that your Jira is Standard plan but Confluence is Free, that's why this message is appearing when adding a new user.

When inviting a new user, as Confluence already reached the limit of 10 users, you need to uncheck Confluence or disable Confluence for new users.

To disable Confluence for new users, go to Administration > Product access.

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
