How do I add additional filter options to a team-managed board?

Hi,

I'm looking to add additional drop downs to my team managed board.

As a product manager, I want to be able to use the swim lanes/columns view in my commercial meeting, whereby I can filter the view to show only tickets reported by them.

@Dainal Thomas is incorrect.

For a Team Managed project it is not possible to customize the fields shown on the cards. There is a change request about that here:

It is also not possible to add drop down filters, like the built in filters for Epic, Labels, and Types. Adding such is not something that is available in Jira out of the box. There may be a third party app that does that, but I have not heard of one such.

The Avatar images between the dropdowns and the search field cover filtering based on the selected avatar being the current Assignee.

Thanks. Is there anyway to add an additional drop down?

Else, I would have to create a filter for every possible creator/reporter.  It would be much tidier if I could add more drop downs to the board.

(Note: it would also be great to show the creator/reporter on the card).

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Click on the ... button in the upper right corner of the board. Select Manage Custom Filters.

That is where you can add custom filters to your board.
