New to JIRA Software (Cloud). I've imported our issues from a different issue tracker and found out that Closed Issues couldn't add attachments. I found the solution to that, but even once we add attachments to Closed issues they cannot be seen. The screen for the Closed issue does not show the attachments.
How can we modify the screen so that these attachments can be seen?
It is not allowed to edit default workflow. For any ather one you can do it.
You can add an attanchment not only on transition screen, but also from "More" menu into an issue: more => add attachment (note that you need a Add attachment permission).
