How can filters be modified under Kanban? Can filters, that are predefined with a set of names, changed, modified or deleted? Is there a limit to how many filters are created?

Are you talking about the underlying filter for the board, which selects the issues to include in the board?
Or are you talking about the quick/custom filters that appear above the board?

If you are Kanban administrator for this board, you can change the filter and sub-filter of your kanban with the kanban board setting.
You only have access to these two filters to set up your table. Otherwise, you have to create another table to get another view.
If you want to change the name of the filters, go to the drop down menu "Filter", "View all filters" and click on "Edit" to change the name.
