How can a customer browse articles from the Knowledge Base from the Help center of Jira Service Desk?

Hello,

 

I would like my customers to be able to browse the articles from our Knowledge Base (in Confluence). The search box is great, but could it be possible to also browse articles just as we do when we are browsing documentation of Atlassian, looking for an answer of our questions?

I'm also curious about how this is done. The image shown at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-desk appears to show what I'm after (see red box in screenshot).

Hi Kyle,

This tree is not a page-tree but a request-tree (i.e. groups of requests). You have it by default if you create a "IT Service Desk" project instead of a "Basic Service Desk" project.
