I'm trying to login to my project on JIRA but keep receive as response :

It seems that your administrator has marked your ogec-com-informatique@ndpj.fr account as inactive. Contact them to resolve this issue.
But I dont know who is the admin account, how can I find it to reactivate my account ?
Also I've received an Email telling me the project will be erased by the end of the month if I dont connect back to it... so my problem is quite urgent if I dont want to lose all my work.

I understand you are looking for the admin of that site. While I can't share that info here, I created a ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3193521 where someone from our Customer Advocates team should be able to help you with that.
Additionally, I can see you are billing admin on that site, so you might be able to login to https://my.atlassian.com and lookup the other billing admins for that site as a means of identifying them.

its not possible to check who is admin directly? Kindly check with your IT Team or check if your organization have any DL related to Jira admin or if you know any Jira project admins you can ask them to check who is the admin of Jira. they may work with them for some time.

I'm taking the task after other member left and historic as been lost between.

My guess is my project has already been deleted even if an email was specifying the date of 2024-10-28 :
Please note that if you do not start using your product, it will be deactivated on 2024-10-28.

Not unless you already have elevated permissions such as User Management.
