How can I create Custom Service Desk Request Types that are shareable between Projects?

When creating a Service Desk Classic project in cloud with Share Settings with an existing project checked and used, the request types default back to Problem-Detailed, Problem-Quick, and Bug.

How can I use the customized request types from by shared service desk project?

Sorry but your can't do that. Request types are based per project and can't be shared across multiple projects.
