How can I change the status when an issue is created?

I'd like to use a status other than "Open" when a new issue is created. How can I do that?

Edit the workflow, find "open" and you'll be able to see the "create" transition. Edit that, and you can change the endpoint. Or, you can associate a different status with the "Open" step

Hi Glenn,

To tag an issue with something other then Open, you need to create a Workflow Scheme (or edit the default one).
