How can I automate adding the Zendesk ticket number into the Jira ticket title

When creating Jira tickets from Zendesk "create issue function" I would like to be able to automate and add the Zendesk ticket number to the title of the Jira ticket for example.

[Startpage] GetStartedCard" Code limit of 4000 characters (#2726)

In the example above we add the Zendesk ticket number manually (#2726) to the Jira title.

Is there a way of automating this?
