Scenario 1:
We are currently running 12 projects, with 3 project managers, and 9 developers
These projects are all running in sprints, and have sprints planned for the next 6 weeks
We want to determine how much time is estimated per person, per sprint, for each planned sprint
We also want to know how much work is in those projects that are not part of the sprint
We also want to know how much work per sprint is planned across projects for each project manager (How many hours of work are they managing in each sprint?)
Additionally, 10 of those 12 projects are Time & Materials billing. We specifically want to know how many hours of T&M work are planned in each sprint, compared to non-T&M work for each sprint.
According to your needs, I would recommend trying one of the below plugins (non-biased opinion) based on least effort approach.
Option 1
This plugin will be free for your current plan, i didn't personally try it but i recommend it because it will come at no cost besides, it is very popular on the marketplace.
Option 2
This plugin will cost 10$ per month. We are using it on the server version but i would recommend to check if the first plugin answer your needs and keep this option as the last resort.
Good luck and let me know how it went for you. Sharing your experience will also support other community members.
Cheers,
Karim
