Gmail password update - Email requests are not working

Hi everybody, 
the Gmail account was connected to the E-mail requests setting in my Jira project, so everytime a customer writes to the Gmail, a Help task is opened in the project.

Google asked me to change password periodically for security reasons.

E-mail requests setting now is not connecting to Gmail correctly. 

What can I do to restore the connection?

Hello, Good day. I would like to know if you have tried re-authorize the connection from Settings >> System >> Incoming mail server.
