Hi all,
I have an Issue with the Radio Buttom Custom Field... why i can't see it in my Filters of a team managed project? The others "Select List" (Multiple/single choice) are visible automatically:
The Responsible Departement CF is selectable & visible on the card:
and i can also set a filter on my project "show me all Issues of e.g. Product Development":
But not the Custom Field of the type Radio Button...
Is this a Bug? Or gets this custom field not supported?
---
Another Question:
I have removed the following custom field from my Issues (some of the Issues still have a value in this field but it is removed from the Issues. How can i remove this filter option from the filter? Do i have to remove this values from all Issues? I hope not...
Thank you & have a nice day... Matthias
Hi Matthias,
You cannot use Global context custom fields with Team-managed projects. They must include the Project name of the Team-managed project to show up there. Meaning you can never have Global custom fields shared with Team-managed projects. They can be shared with other Company-managed projects if you like. But you would have to list every one of them in the Context.
Hi John,
That is strange, because the other Custom Field is also a global custom field and it show up automatically...
As you can see:
The lovely one:
and the one that annoys:
It would be a shame if I couldn't use the global custom fields in the team-managed projects. I like the global fields and the lightness of team-managed projects.
Best Regards
Matthias

Can you share a screenshot of one of those fields for the Context?

Sorry, you are right - I was thinking of Form fields for Jira Work Management. However, it looks as though Radio Button fields are not available for use with Team-managed projects.

Hi John, thank you, I should have looked for it directly in the manual! Thanks for your link, I will adapt the custom field.
Do you have any tips for my second question at the top of the page?
Thank you, regards

The second question is about the filter - correct? How did you make this filter?
