Global Admin created a workflow but Project Admin can't see it

I'm working with a global admin to create a workflow and assign it to a issue type. I saw him do it but I can't see it on my screen. What can we check to see if we can get it on my screen?

The Global Admin didn't publish the changes. Once this was done it showed up on my project admin view.

Hi Tom,

What do you mean when you says you want to see it on your screen?

If you are on an issue, you can click the dropdown for the Status and select View workflow.
