is there any way to filter the sprint picklist by project?
lets say I'm creating an issue for project A,
I would like to see only the sprints relevant to project A.
now we see all the sprints regarding of the project

You can limit the sprint selection in the Sprint drop-down on the Create an issue and Edit an issue page to show only the sprints from the project you first select on these pages.
