Emails notifications stopped after email address update

Hey, It's been roughly a few weeks now I have not gotten any notifications from Confluence, Bitbucket, or JIRA. I've recently updated my email address on my Atlassian account and verified it.

I'm receiving other emails like marketing from Atlassian but no notifications. I haven't changed any settings on my account other than the email address and I've checked for filtered/bounced emails with IT with no luck.

Have you checked this post Not receiving email notifications hope that the recommendation their helps.


Also, I would recommend reaching out to the support team to see if the new email is listed under the "suppressed" email list just to be sure.
