I (Admin) am not receiving any Jira updates via email when my team tags me or makes changes to a ticket. My team doesn't receive any notifications either. We've always received email notifications, but for the past few days, we haven't been receiving any.

Hello, Good day. This is only when someone tags you or you are not receiving any emails from Jira ?

Go to the location and make sure following settings are enabled: https://xxxxxxx.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/notifications
