Dynamic Fields within an External Form

Hello,

    For externally accessible client requests (forms), can the fields be dynamic without a paid add-on?

EXAMPLE: If you’re ordering a steak, then your server will want to know if you prefer it rare, medium or well done. If you’re ordering the pasta, you’ll get to choose between pesto, Alfredo or Bolognese.  The answer to the first question determines what the next question will be. The steak-eater’s pasta sauce preference is irrelevant.

I am trying to figure out if this functionality currently exists in JIRA Service Desk. I see paid add-ons for this but wanted to confirm.

The only item that is close to what you are asking for that is delivered is select lists (cascading). Otherwise, you will have to get an app.
