Dropbox link in mobile app

Question

I have added dropbox link to my jira ticket. But it is not available on mobile to view it.

is dropbox link is not supported for jira mobile app.

i am using ios app.

Hi @R.M Enterprises ,

I am not aware that links to Dropbox aren't supported.

Could you please:

* Open Settings in the Jira app
* Make sure "Shake to send feedback" is enabled
* Open the ticket with the link
* Shake your device to take a screenshot and open the feedback screen
* Send the feedback to us

We'll then be able to have a closer look.
