Does Jira send issue id and key in the request url when issuelink events are triggered?

I have set a webhook event for issuelink_created and issuelink_deleted events, adding as additional parameters "issue.id" and issue.key" to the url as query strings, but i am receiving them as empty strings. Does Jira support these additional parameters for events related to issuelinks?
