Do fields reflect for issue type if the fields are removed from screen and available in field config

I need to remove fields(Locked field and system field) from outcome issue type. These fields are removed from the respective screen but available in field configuration. I dont want those fields to be available for the outcome. Also

I dont want them to be removed from Field configuration as it is used by multiple issue types as well. Is there any way I can hide the unwanted fields for the required issue type.

If you have removed them from the screens for that issue type, then they will not be shown. But they could be re-added to the screens at a later time.

In a Field Configuration you can set system fields to Hidden if they are not Locked fields. It is not possible to remove or hide Locked fields in a Field Configuration.

If you wanted this to affect only one issue type you could have to make a separate Field Configuration for that in which you hid the fields. You would have to incorporate that into a Field Configuration Scheme, associating it to the issue type you want to affect. And you would have to apply the Field Configuration Scheme to any Company Managed project where you would want that change to take affect.
