Currently, I have my issue collector working fine. The widget is embedded in my web page and the iframe populates after the user clicks the "Create Request" button.
However, the button is redundant. The user has already navigated to a "Submit ticket" page. Is there any way to bypass the need for the button and just embed the iframe or form directly into my web page?
