Datetime difference on Date of first response where export the issues as excel (csv) applying filter

We have a basic filter and we have included Date of first response column in order to have the differents issue dates and when we export the data as excel (csv) format that column is exported with 2 hours of different that the date you can see on the screen. Any idea why and how can we fix it?

@Javier Prados did you ever get an answer on this?  I am seeing the same thing today and my difference is between 2 to 8 hours.
