What I need is a report that can pull from 7 projects (may be more down the road). If I create a dashboard that has all the projects) what I need is the total hours by resource, hours remaining, Issues assigned, and Estimated Completion date.

first I realize this is an old post but I am working to update older unanswered posts.
for your use case I suspect that you would need to consider an addon or use Excel at least for the metrics where you wish to see the sum of hours by resource.
