Custom field not visible in the issue.

A custom field present in the issue screen and also it is not hidden in the field configuration and in issue layout. But still not populating in the issue view. Did anyone faced same type of issue and got resolved?

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed , @Nic Brough _Adaptavist_ ,

The field is added in Issue screen also checked in 'Where's my field' it is there every where but cannot see it in Issue view.

1. Is the Field added in Issue type - View screen ?

2. Fields will be shown when some values are added to it. Does the field have value in that particular ticket ? 
Check if the field is added under section "Hide when Empty" in  Issues --> Layout section

Does the field's context exclude it?  Admin -> custom fields -> configuration to see that. What does the "where's my field" function in the issue edit screen say?
