Hello there.
I have a custom field configured to appear on a transition screen for two different workflows. That field is set to be shown for the associated field configurations. Somehow the field is magically appearing in the first workflow but is missing in the second one while the screen assigned on transition is the same for both workflows. How's it possible?
Hello Sasha,
Are both Workflows in the same project ?
If not, you can check that you assigned the correct field configuration to both projects
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Do you know if you are using some Add-Ons like Behaviours of Extensions for Jira on your Jira instance ?
Because if both Workflows are using the same screen, I don't see any reason why the screen displayed should differ.
Can you check how your field configuration scheme is built ? Maybe it uses different field configurations depending on the issue type, which could cause the problem you are facing

@Sasha Chernysh , Can you check the field's context to see whether it is made available for the given project and issue type?
Also check on the field configuration scheme whether the field is hidden for the given issue type

Hey Fazila, thanks for your reply.
Did it already. The field's context is set to be available for all issues:
Also, the field is set to be shown in the field configuration scheme:

@Sasha Chernysh , is there any scriptrunner behaviour that hides this field in the screen or action?

omg thank you!!! was digging through and I had to set them to "Show" in the configuration scheme. It was only one project not showing these fields during transition.
