Custom Access Control for Invoice Reports in Project Management

Hi!

I have a board in the project and I would like only selected people to see all invoices. I added a security level where reports can see: - only reporting persons, - only people assigned to the task, - only selected people (management board, accountants). How can I set it so that a given person can see reports from specific people? For example, a team leader will only report his or her team members regardless of who is assigned to the task?

How are you telling Jira the members of each team leader's team?

I think that the only way you will be able to do that is to add the Team Leader to another custom User Picker field, and then add that custom field as part of the the Security Level.

You could use Automation Rules to evaluate the Reporter field and then set the Team Leader field appropriately.
