Create Subtask issue not there in web version of Jira Cloud

Hey, I have a user in my team he is not getting create sub task button in the web version of Jira cloud and in the mobile he has option to create subtask.

Even in Mobile while using create jira option it errors out

I would like to check some details for me to test here using the same environment.

• Is it the app for iOS or Android?
• Is it a next-gen or a classic project?
• What is the type of project (Software or Business)? 
• What is the app version? If it’s not the latest, please ask him to update.
•  Is there any other user facing the same issue?

Once we hear from you we will be able to test to check if it’s a bug.
