Create Issue Layouts

Question

Hello,

I want to be able to create specific and independent Issue Types, with their respective Layout, within the same project.

I am not being able to do so, as the options in JIRA are quite redundant. I'm afraid i'm doing something completely wrong, so can you please help me with this?

Hi @Sofia Silva , I would refer you to this article - configure-field-layout-in-the-issue-view

you will note that if issuetypes share the same view issue screen then the layout applies to all those in that group. To avoid that then you would want to create separate issue view screens for each.
