I have followed this https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/reference-issues-in-your-development-work/ to link my commits and pull request to jira but it did not work.
Please advice.
Hello, Good day. Go to Settings >> Products >> DVCS and make sure BB cloud is shown linked. Also make sure Jira issue is key is used on commit. If both looks fine, kindly check the project permission (view development tools permission). Thanks!
