Copy Project on OnDemand

How should I go about copying a project when using the OnDemand version (I did it with the script runner at the download version).?

JCLI is a client program that runs on your PC and works remotely against an OnDemand instance the same as any other instance. Follow the installation instructions in the link provided.

How do I access the JCLI for the OnDemand? is that a local install or some remote service?

Also I saw at some other post that cloneProject for the OnDemand will not include the issues, is it?
