In the Jira Service Management form, we can control the behavior of sections based on a selection of other fields. For example, when a user selects the dropdown value "Other" in the field, we can prompt it to ask the user to type in what that "Other" value is.
Can we do the same as above during the creation of an issue in Jira Software? There's automation to achieve this but that's only after the issue is created.
The only thing that would possibly be able to do this is the ScriptRunner Behaviours add-on app.
