I am constantly getting the javascript load error message when I log in and then I can't access any tickets. The screen says we couldn't connect to that issue.
Please HELP!

Have you tried using other browser applications, clearing your browser cache, and/or using a private browser window like Chrome Incognito?
Can you share the details of the error message with us?
Have you always had this problem or is this a new problem for you?
Yes, unfortunately I have tried all of that
