Comment (attachment) added notification Edited

Hi, I am wondering is there a possibility to disgard the name of the attachment in the "comment added" notification.

The thing is if I attach a file/image to a comment for the client the notification says something like :

User Johny Bravo added a comment : file1.png!height=1024,weight=768

Is there any way to recognize that an attachment was added instead of a text and then change the notification response?

I am using {{comment.body}} smart value.

Hi @Szymon Ptak ,

Currently, Jira Cloud does not offer a way for you to customize the look and feel of your email notifications. But, there are many third-party applications available on the Atlassian Marketplace that can help you.

Regards,

Kevin.
