A co-worker of mine is no longer able to log into Jira. She has even tried to reset the password. She's contacted the help folk, to possibly reacctivate her accountm however has not heard back. It's mandatory she has this access. Can you help.

I would suggest that your colleague navigate this helpful page to troubleshoot the access issue .
In the meantime, I would suggest contacting the Jira instance's organisation administrator/s to investigate the issue.
