Can you fix the bug with marking all as read

Sometimes when you mark all as read for notifications for "Watching" it also marks all the "Direct" ones read. its consistent so doesnt always happen but its quite annoying. These should be cleared independently ever time

This is the community site (we volunteer, we're not Atlassian employees) - you'll need to check the actual Atlassian bug site for an existing bug and vote on it (or submit a bug ticket).  Though sometimes Atlassian staff sees these, there are thousands of posts here and many will be missed.
